About
Liam has worked in Michelin standard kitchens in a career spanning 18 years both here in the UK and Europe. Outside of fine dining restaurants, he has also developed vast experience in working with large scale events including functions for royalty and government to name but a few. Having recently moved to Buckinghamshire in 2023, he has cooked and hosted supper clubs and Sunday roasts much to the acclaim of the local community. Working with chefs from all over the world, he has been fortunate to have studied a diverse range of food cultures which has enabled him to acquire a broad repertoire of food techniques as well as an understanding of how to balance both simple and complex flavours.
